Ran a field study in Florida with 20 participants and 200 sensor patches to evaluate a flexible UV-sensing technology. Qualitative findings revealed a behavioral barrier the technical data missed — and that insight pivoted the product into what became L'Oréal's My Skin Track UV, covered in Wired.
